This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, fulfilled, shipped, and delivered. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All products sold by Demora Avarice LLC are produced and fulfilled by a third-party Print on Demand (POD) fulfillment partner. Demora Avarice LLC does not hold inventory and does not perform in-house manufacturing or shipping.

  • Orders are automatically transmitted to our POD fulfillment partner after successful payment.
  • The fulfillment partner’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets print production initiation within one (1) business hour on business days.
  • The fulfillment partner aims to dispatch orders within two (2) to three (3) business days after production begins.
  • All printing, production, packing, and dispatch processes are fully handled by the fulfillment partner.
  • Demora Avarice LLC has no control over production timelines, print queues, or dispatch schedules, as these are managed entirely by the fulfillment partner.

Shipping Rates & Cost Calculation

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on:

  • Package weight
  • Package dimensions
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees displayed at checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times (After Dispatch)

Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • International shipping rates apply and vary by location, weight, and package size.
  • Estimated delivery: 7–30 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping estimates do not include delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect movement after shipment.
  • If tracking has not updated within 7 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Address & Returned Packages

  • Incorrect Address: If you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is placed.
  • Returned to Sender: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, unclaimed package, or delivery failure, you are responsible for any reshipping fees.
  • Refunds will not be issued for undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect address input.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Demora Avarice LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

If your package is lost in transit:

  1. Check your tracking information for updates.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.
  3. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to discuss possible resolution options.

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not eligible for refunds or replacements. If you believe a package was stolen, please file a claim with your local postal service.

Shipping Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing for international shipments
  • Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL delays)
  • Weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events
  • High seasonal order volumes (e.g., holidays)
