Privacy Policy

The short version: we only collect what we need to send you what you asked for, we never sell it, and there are no ad or tracking cookies here.

demoraavarice.com is run by Avarice Studios LLC ("we"). Here's what that means in plain English.

What we collect, and why

• Mailing list: your email, that you said you're 18 or older, and which link you came from (like "TikTok"). That last part just tells us where people find us.
• Ask Demora: your email, your first name if you give it, your question, whether you want to join the mailing list, and which link you came from. We hold your question until you confirm your email. If you don't confirm within 48 hours, it's deleted.
• Appearance Inquiries: your name, email and the event details you send, so we can reply.
• Visitor stats: we use Umami, which counts things like page views, which site sent you, device type and country. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.
• Spam protection: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check you're human. To stop repeat spam, we also keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address, which can't be read back into the real one.
• Server logs: our web host keeps standard logs (like IP address, page and time) for security and troubleshooting.
• Your browser: a few small settings are saved in your own browser, not on our servers: that you confirmed you're 18+, which con buttons you tapped "I'd come see you!" on, and, for your current visit only, which link you came from.

How we use it

To send you the emails you signed up for, get your question to Demora, reply about events, see which platforms bring people here, and keep the site safe. If Demora answers your question publicly (like in a video), your name and email stay private unless you say it's okay.

Who else sees it

Only the services that run the site: our web host (HostGator), our email service (EmailOctopus), Umami (visitor stats) and Cloudflare (spam protection). Each has its own privacy policy. We don't sell or rent your information. We'd only share it beyond that if the law required it.

Age

This site is meant for adults, and the mailing list and question form are for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Other sites

Links here go to other platforms, like Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit and subscription sites. Once you're there, their privacy policies apply.

Your choices

• Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• Want to see, fix or delete your info? Email hello@demoraavarice.com.
• You can clear the settings saved in your browser any time through your browser's settings.
